The Divine Feminine Rising and the Sacred Union of Masculine and Feminine
I know these associations might not align with traditional astrological interpretations, but this is how I’m feeling the energy right now. The North Node is like our Crown Chakra—our highest self, guiding us toward the next step in our evolution. Neptune, on the other hand, is like our Third Eye, giving us visions of what this evolution could look like and how it might manifest. Saturn represents our Root Chakra, keeping us grounded and reminding us that we can’t just wish for things to change—we must put in the work. Faith without action is dead; we must ground our dreams into reality.
The Sun aligns with our Solar Plexus, representing our inner fire, our personal power, and confidence—the gut feeling that propels us forward. Mercury is our Throat Chakra, guiding how we communicate, listen, and organize our thoughts based on our perceptions.
So, it’s as if our Crown, Third Eye, Root, Solar Plexus, and Throat Chakras have been in conversation, figuring out what needs to go, what needs to stay, and what the new possibilities are for the evolved version of ourselves. This month, Venus (the Heart Chakra, representing the feminine) and Mars (the Sacral Chakra, representing the masculine) are stepping in to make sure that the direction we’re heading—whether it’s in our relationships with ourselves, others, or our resources—is truly heart-centered. They’ll ensure that our value systems are in alignment with who we’re becoming.
Especially with Venus in retrograde, this work is both about recalibrating how we relate to others and upgrading outdated value systems. The visual I’m getting from the energy of Pisces and Aries is that Pisces represents the womb. It symbolizes life as we’ve known it, the space of comfort and security. But for a new era to emerge (going from Age of Pisces to Age of Aquarius), just as a baby must leave the womb, we too must face the discomfort of change. As the baby grows, the walls of the womb begin to feel restrictive—there’s a pressure to expand and move forward. The baby doesn’t yet know what awaits outside, but it’s compelled to follow the light, knowing that it can no longer stay in the womb.
Once born, the baby must learn to breathe oxygen instead of water. The environment is completely different—its sight is blurry, and the transition is uncomfortable. It is like our emotions, our inner safety net, is going ahead and prepping all these planets for the conversations they are going to be having this month. Wednesday, April 2 – Venus Rx will be conjunct the N. Node. In January, Venus was conjunct the N. Node going direct in Pisces and getting a glimpse of where it might need to go in a new direction with regards to love, finances and our values and spiritually realigning them for our highest good. Then it moved into Aries, maybe tried some things out, hit some road blocks, then turned retrograde to re-assess in Aries where it went wrong, where it contributed to the situation it has found itself. Then moved Rx back into Pisces to get a better idea of the bigger picture, to see if there is anything else hidden or unseen, as well as to give itself and its loved ones compassion (and maybe to escape a little). Now, it’s meeting up with the N. Node again, but Retrograde, so I feel like this energy is more about the releasing, more about the seeing what isn’t working and letting that go with the opposition to the S. Node – in order to make room for the new. So it’s like with the North Node, we are getting the glimpses of what wants to come in for us, but with Venus Rx we’re getting clarity on what we still need to let go of. What perfectionism or having to know everything in regards to these areas we still need to release. Also perhaps getting clarity on what limiting beliefs, self-sabotaging behaviors, ways of being that we no longer resonate with need to be washed away and cleansed from our beings so that our new relationships with money, resources, self, others, and our new value systems can emerge strong.
Thursday, April 3 – Moon has a lot of squares to Saturn, Venus, mercury, Neptune and inconjunct Pluto, but is sextiling Chiron as it leaves Gemini and enters Cancer. We could be feeling our emotional safety being challenged, perhaps with the Venus conjunct N. Node from yesterday and realizing that we’ve held on too long to things might have us up in our feels, because its kept us safe. We know we need to release it, but its hard, and we might be feeling those emotions.
Friday, April 4 – Whoa! What a day of wonderful cosmic allignment. We have Saturn in Pisces sextiling Uranus in Taurus, Mars in Cancer also Sextiling Uranus in Taurus, and Mars in Cancer trine Saturn in Pisces (all traditionally malefic planets coming together as a team!) And Mars trine Saturn, both in water signs, it’s kind of like this marrying of masculine and feminine principles again. This is like the Universe saying – Quit your Whining – you’re moving on to better things and we’ve got you. Taurus largely represents things similar to Venus – values, resources, finances and financial systems and Uranus is here shaking things up.
