Autumn Forest Paint-Along

Paint your own autumn forest with Life With Training Wheels. Your painting does not need to look exactly like mine. Change the colors, make it brighter or moodier, and make it yours.

A few things to remember

Use a loosely crumpled paper towel to dab the tree leaves. For the forest floor, try a tighter crumple, a fan brush, or a sponge brush. Keep the sides darker and the center brighter to create a path of light through the trees.

If you use a fan brush on the ground, pull upward for a grassy texture or move it back and forth for the look of crushed fallen leaves.
