I have always been drawn to alliteration as a guide to help me schedule things. Whether that’s thru menu planning (i.e. Mexican Monday) or planning out my content (i.e. Meditation Monday, Tarot Tuesday, etc.). It usually either stays in my mind or only works for a couple weeks, but maybe this time it will stick. For content, I’ve always envisioned Friday’s as being Feature Friday, Freebie Friday or Fun Friday. I find that even as an adult, I find the scent more palatable and find that it works even better. Whenever my children or I have a cold we put it on our chests and the bottom of our feet and it provides soothing relief.
