Okay. Those that know me know that I love all things natural and holistic. One of those things that I have grown to love is Essential Oils. I have done countless hours of research on all the different companies. I have what is basically the PDR of Essential Oils. If something is wrong, I first look to see if there is an essential oil that can be used for that. I use them when we get sick. I use them for homemade bug spray. I use them in other do-it-yourself household items (bath salts, soap, etc.). I have an essential oil diffuser that I use when the kids or I are cranky or lack concentration. I use them for everything and I whole-heartedly believe in their powers. I really want to go to school to become a Certified Aromatherapist within the next couple of years. I’m not sure what I would do with that knowledge exactly, other than to help family and friends. But I know that I want to gain that expertise. They are like any other medicine. They can be very powerful when used correctly and very dangerous when misused. I want to gain all the knowledge I can about them to ensure that I am using them safely myself and recommending safe usage of them to my friends.
I plan on doing future posts about the brands I trust and various recipes or other things as I learn about them, but this post is to tell you about something exciting happening for the next three days. The 2015 Ultimate Healthy Living Bundle has been released and the sale is going through September 14th. If you haven’t heard of this before, it is basically a huge bundle of electronic books all geared toward, you guessed it, Healthy Living. The categories of resources include: Allergy (grain free/dairy free/etc.), Essential Oils, Fitness & Weight Loss, Healthy Kids, Homesteading, Natural Home, Natural Remedies, Paleo, and Real Food. Right now I just want to highlight the Essential Oils part of this bundle. Below are just two of several essential oil related books included in this bundle. The one valued at $50 by Aromahead Institute is one of two of the top Aromatherapy schools in the country and is where I will eventually go to become a Certified Aromatherapist. You can be sure to trust the information contained in this book.
In addition to these wonderful books, you will get a bonus offer of Lavender, Lemon and Peppermint Essential Oils from Plant Therapy, which is one of about three or four essential oil companies that I trust. Lavender can be used for just about everything and the combination of the three of those are great for allergies. Just these oils alone would cost more than the total amount of the bundle. Even if you aren’t interested in anything else in this bundle, if you are interested in or curious about essential oils this would be worth buying. Plus, if you order today or tomorrow, you would get to take part in an Essential Oils Webinar. Click the link below for more more information.
If you have any questions about this bundle, please let me know. If there is something particular about essential oils that you are curious about and would like to see a future blog post about, let me know also and I will try to accommodate that.
