Is anyone out there like me and addicted to cookbooks? And meal planning sites? I love having variety in the kitchen. I love trying new recipes and even new food. Sure, there are a handful of meals that I absolutely love and will cook again and again, but for the most part I like trying new stuff. I like when I try a new recipe and feel like I am in taste-bud Heaven wondering how I was able to create a meal that tastes so good.
I also like cookbooks because I am a rule follower. When I get a new cell phone, or any other new gadget, I read the manual before use. I even go so far as to read the directions on such things as shampoo bottles. I know how to wash my hair, don’t worry. (I would hope so anyway after how many shampoo bottle directions I’ve read in my life!). There is just something about following rules and reading directions that I enjoy. I get some sort of satisfaction out of it. I am not one of those people in the kitchen who can be given 5 random ingredients and figure out something to do with it. My mind isn’t that creative. I need the structure. I need someone telling me what to do. I need a process to follow.
Besides essential oils that I mentioned the other day, that’s another reason why I love this Ultimate Healthy Living Bundle. There are three food sections filled with cookbooks: Paleo, Real Food, and Allergy.
The Allergy section contains mostly gluten/grain free cookbooks, but also includes a few cookbooks that are dairy free as well.
The Paleo section includes a 200 page cookbook by George Bryant, also known as the Civilized Caveman. He has some incredible recipes! His are one of several meal plans that I get delivered in my email. There is also an Ice Cream cookbook that is paleo autoimmune protocol friendly and is 63 pages of frozen treats that are free of the top 8 allergens!
The Real Food section is amazing too. There is a whole cookbook for crockpot recipes. There are cookbooks about fermenting your own food. There are two freezer cooking cookbooks. There’s one that is 100 pages of just salad recipes. There’s another one that is just dressing recipes. There’s drink recipes and so much more.
I know having cookbooks in pdf or eReader format is not nearly as nice as having a physical cookbook. But a couple of my favorite recipes came from ebooks rather than physical cookbooks. Plus, it takes up less space!
Last but not least, another category I am thrilled about having in this bundle is the Natural Home section. This section includes all sorts of recipes for homemade household products: laundry detergent, dish soap, hand soap, floor cleaner, window cleaner, toothpaste, shampoo, deoderant, body scrubs, lotions, etc. Anything you want to make natural, there is a recipe for it here.
This is seriously such a good deal. Over 90 ebooks and courses, all for less than $30. If even one of the sections sounds interesting to you, it’s a steal! Click below to learn more. And remember, time is running out. You only have until midnight Eastern time tomorrow night!
